Anveshna merely provides links to publicly available streaming sources. We do not check, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy of the sources to which we link. If any content hosted by third parties infringes on your copyright, please contact the respective third-party service provider directly to have the content removed from their servers.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through Anveshna infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA notice requesting that we remove the links to the allegedly infringing material. Your notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our site, with sufficient detail that we can find it (including URL).
• Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing (by removing the link)
• Notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it
• Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer of the complaint

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24-48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the service and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please also be advised that we enforce a policy that provides for termination of users who are repeat infringers.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANVESHNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE HOSTING, AVAILABILITY, OR REMOVAL OF CONTENT BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT HOSTED ON THIRD-PARTY SERVERS OR THE ACTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.

Contact Third-Party Hosts

Since Anveshna does not host any content, the most effective way to have infringing content removed from the internet is to contact the hosting provider directly. When you submit a DMCA notice to us, we can only remove the link to the content. The actual content will remain on the third-party servers until you contact them directly.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated revision date.
